EveEve Delunas, PhD, LMFT has been applying psychological type theory to catalyze positive changes in clinical and organizational settings for forty years. She is internationally recognized for her work on the relationship between personality and dysfunctional behavior, as presented in her book, Survival Games Personalities Play. Her newest book, New Science, New Brain, New You, presents methods for reconfiguring our brain’s learned default settings to move out of the “survival mode.” In addition to offering workshops internationally, Eve has been an instructor of Graduate Counseling at five universities. Recently, as a Collegiate Professor for the University of Maryland, European Division, she was the recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Award.

Eve first became interested in type and temperament while pursuing her Masters Degree in Counseling as a student of David Keirsey and Marilyn Bates. She worked with David Keirsey for over ten years. As a member of the first board of directors for APT under Kathy Myers’ leadership, Eve helped grow the Western Region of APT to over 2000 members. Since departing California in 2007 in search of new adventures, Eve and her husband have enjoyed six amazing years living in Germany and three in Hawaii—proving that life is full of surprises! 

Huszczo

Gregory E. Huszczo, PhD is a curious guy. He wanted to become a basketball coach and math teacher but his work experience led him to switch gears and gain a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University instead. His main areas of expertise are in the fields of organizational change, leadership, teams, union-management relations, and personalities. He was first exposed to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator in the late 1960’s and has used the updated versions of the MBTI instrument and its framework in his research, teaching and OD coaching and consulting practice. Greg has presented at many APTi conferences and at regional and local chapters as well.  He has served as the Chairperson of the Management and Organization Development and the Theory and Research Interest Groups of APTi. 

Greg has nearly 40 years of experience providing organizational consulting, leadership coaching, and training and development services for over 250 organizations in a broad range of industries.  He is also a Professor in the Master’s degree program in Human Resources and Organization Development at Eastern Michigan University. 

Dr. Huszczo is a prolific author.  He has published four books and over 60 articles and papers. His books include: Tools for Team Excellence, Tools for Team Leadership, Making a Difference by Being Yourself: Using your personality type to make a difference at work and in relationships, as well asa textbook on training. Greg lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan and remains very curious.

Pam works most often with technology, healthcare/pharma, and financial services companies including Cisco, Genentech/Roche, VMWare, LinkedIn, and Stanford Health Care. A Stanford MBA alum, she frequently comes back to the GSB to facilitate leadership programs and coach executive education. Her book, 42 Rules for Your New Leadership Role, has become an indispensable guidebook for leaders and HR/OD.
