Saturday, September 11, 2021, 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM PDT
Category: APTi Chapter Events

This Zoom program is presented by the Bay Area Association for Psychological Type (BAAPT) chapter.

Join us in this session as Danielle helps us get acquainted with projections and how to reel them in, how projections distort our perceptions and what to do about it.

During this workshop, we will practice and work with Jung’s notion of holding the tension of opposites as a requirement in any evolution by applying it to our present reality. We will recognize the different stages of the process towards transcendence and wholeness as well as identify

  • What might go wrong and why
  • What is required for the process to fulfill itself
  • What needs to be restored and how

This presentation is geared to intermediate and advanced levels of type knowledge.

Danielle Poirier worked as a trainer in corporate settings from the 1980s until very recently. She was the MBTI® qualifying trainer for the Canadian distributors and publishers. She authored The Magnificent 16, an artistic illustration of each type based on qualitative research. Danielle developed a deep interest in Jung and is probably most appreciated when complex aspects of his theory are made accessible. She has retired from corporate work, completed her BFA at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and is now an emerging artist at 65 years of age. Danielle has INFP preferences.
